Services Offered:  

  • Short Cruise:  approximately 3 hours,  $75 / person (Min. 2 persons).
  • Gulf Island Multi-day Tour:  $600 / day includes boat and skipper.
  • Skipper/Wildlife Naturalist for hire:  $400 / day
  • Private Cruising / Sailing Lessons:  $60 hour

Sample itinerary:

We usually start and end at Genoa Bay but other locations can be accommodated.

Arrive at Genoa Bay the Wednesday afternoon or evening.  Check in.  Spend the night on Allegro at the marina.

Day 1 begins with a safety talk and walk through of Allegro’s safety equipment and procedures. Sail to Russell Island while taking first days instruction.  Apres-sail review and relax onboard. Take dinghy to Russell Island and explore it’s beaches & forest. All meals onboard. Spend the night at anchor.

Day 2 begins with morning boat check and sail planning.  Sail to Ganges  on Saltspring Island while taking the second day’s instruction. Apres-sail review and relax onboard.  Dinner at nice restaurant / pub.  Spend the night at Marina.

Day 3: Attend the local Ganges market in the morning.  Depart around 11:00 and sail to Mill Bay while taking the 3rd days instruction.  BBQ on the boat while at anchor.  Watch the Butchart Garden Fire Works.

Day 4:  Sail to Genoa Bay while taking the 4th day’s instruction.  Apres-sail review and graduation!  Return home on Sunday.
